How to ask
- Send an email to kingbloggers100@gmail.com.
- Use the subject Delete my BrainZap account.
- Write your username or friend code (shown in PROFILE in the game). If you have an email account, send the email from that address so we know it is you.
We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done. We may ask a simple question to make sure the account is yours.
What we delete
- Your account: username, email, password hash and Google Play Games link.
- Your profile name, face picture choice and friend code.
- Your friend list, friend requests and chat messages.
- Your cloud save (levels, coins, items, truck).
What we may keep
- Server logs are removed automatically within 30 days.
- Purchase records kept by Google Play under their own rules.
- Anything the law requires us to keep, only for as long as it requires.
Data on your phone
Uninstalling the app removes everything saved on your phone, including a photo avatar. You can also log out in PROFILE.
