Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and BrainZap. By downloading or playing the game, or using brainzapgame.com, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use BrainZap.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to use BrainZap. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian should read these terms with you.
Your account
- You can play as a guest, or sign in with Google or with an email account.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Choose a name that is not rude, hateful or pretending to be someone else. We may change names that break these rules.
- One person should not use many accounts to cheat or get extra rewards.
Coins and virtual items
- Zap Coins, item sets, tube skins, frames, taunts and truck parts are virtual items. They have no real money value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- We give you a license to use them in the game. You do not own them, and they cannot be sold or traded.
- We may change prices, rewards or items to keep the game fair and fun.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Google Play. All purchases are final, except where the law or Google Play's refund policy says otherwise. If a purchase does not arrive in the game, email us with your order number and we will help.
Playing fair
Please do not:
- Cheat, hack, use bots or change the game or its traffic.
- Send abuse, hate, threats, spam or adult content in chat or names.
- Bother other players or share their private information.
- Try to break, overload or get into our server.
If you break these rules we may remove content, limit features, or close the account.
Ads
BrainZap shows ads, some of which you can choose to watch for rewards. Remove Ads removes the ads that play between levels and banner ads. Optional reward videos stay available.
Our content
The game, its art, sounds, music, code, name and logo belong to BrainZap or its licensors. Some icons are from Microsoft Fluent Emoji (MIT license). You may not copy or sell any part of the game.
Ending your account
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (see Delete my account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If an account is closed, virtual items in it are lost.
The game "as is"
We work hard to keep BrainZap running well, but the game is provided "as is". We cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, BrainZap is not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses above the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without stopping any rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell you in the game about big changes. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
